Ceapat Service Charter (2021-2024)
La actualización de la Carta de Servicios del Centro de Referencia Estatal de Autonomía Personal y Ayudas Técnicas (Ceapat) fue aprobada por Resolución de la Subsecretaría de Sanidad, Política Social e Igualdad de 30 de noviembre de 2010 y actualizada para el periodo 2021-2024 por Resolución de 23 de febrero de 2021, de la Subsecretaría de Derechos Sociales y Agenda 2030, por la que se aprueba la actualización de cinco cartas de servicios del Instituto de Mayores y Servicios Sociales; el contenido de esta carta se estructura como sigue:
